I haven't used them yet but when I'm about to make a new wreath I take all of my supplies and put them into a box. I was playing around with the pick , the wire seems to be sturdy and moldable. I believe once it gets into the wreath I'm going to have no problem moving it to where I want it. And as far as The Wreath Shop itself , I would give them 10 out of 10 with their customer service, with how quickly my orders are shipped and staying current on the newest items.
