Shipping policy

 

FREE SHIPPING available on orders with a subtotal of $89 or more. (Shipping Ground to contiguous 48 states.) Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $89, before shipping and taxes. If you use a coupon code that brings your subtotal below $89, free shipping will not apply. Your order will be shipped via the least expensive carrier. Either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. 

Shipping

We ship Mon-Fri only. In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped same day for orders placed prior to 10:00am Central Time. These deadlines are not guaranteed, as we do sometimes get inundated with large numbers of orders. Otherwise, they will go out next day. *Orders placed Sunday and Monday typically ship Tuesday, especially during busy months* We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority, which typically take 1-4 business days for delivery, but can take longer, and we also offer some expedited shipping options. When you place an order, the system will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size, and shipping options you choose. If actual cost is significantly less than what was charged, we do our best to refund the difference.

UPS Shipping Options:

Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day (Estimated Delivery Day is an estimate, not guaranteed.) No Delivery to P.O. Boxes

2Day: 2 Business Days; By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences); Monday–Friday, Available throughout all 50 states. No Saturday Delivery.

3Day: 3 Business Days; Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Air: Guaranteed to arrive next business day by 12:00pm

Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed next business day by 11pm.

USPS Shipping:

Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 1-4 days. However, USPS does NOT guarantee this, and can take much longer during the busy holiday season. Your package is insured in case of damage or if your package is lost, but delivery time is not guaranteed. *Note USPS denies insurance payout 90% of time. Once your package is received by USPS, it is out of our hands. You will receive a tracking number via email where you can track your package. If you have any issues with delivery, you will need to contact USPS to log a missing package claim. Feel free to contact us for any additional information needed to submit the claim. (This is not uncommon during the busy Holiday season.) 

Priority Express: Guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days, but typically arrives in 2 days to most areas.

International Shipping

We do ship to some international countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherland, Switzerland, and the UK. Duties and Taxes are also collected at the time your order is placed. **NOTE: The actual shipping charge is simply an ESTIMATE. Our system is not able to calculate the correct box size needed for international orders, so the actual shipping charge may be more expensive, or it may be cheaper. If the actual charge is cheaper, we will refund the difference. If it is more, you may receive an email from us asking if you would like to pay the higher charge and process your order.

*Please Note: Due to high shipping charges, if anything is wrong with your order, (e.g. Product arrives broken or defective) we cannot reship any items. We can only provide a refund*

Local Pick-ups

Local Pickup orders from our warehouse are available. Simply select the Pickup option from the first screen at Checkout. For same day pickups, if ordering on a Monday, please place your order before 10am. Tues-Fri, please place your order by noon. 

**Orders placed for pick up must be picked up within 10 business days! If not picked up after 10 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee!**

Returns Policy 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience and purchases. Most unused, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund of purchase price. Seasonal items must be returned within 30 days. Clearance Items are considered FINAL and may not be returned except for few exceptions. Some non-seasonal sale items may be returned. You may email us for exception. Damages or Missing/Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a picture of damaged item(s).  Save all items and packaging until the issue is reconciled with UPS or USPS, and we can provide a refund or exchange. Please check your order upon arrival to make sure everything is received in good shape. Contact us immediately if you are missing an item or received the wrong item so that we can ship out the correct product ASAP, and to ensure availability of the item. We cannot provide credits for defective products after 3 weeks.
