Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING available on Supply & Decor orders of $89 or more!!! (Shipping Ground to contiguous 48 states.) Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $89, before shipping and taxes. If you use a coupon code that brings your subtotal below $89, free shipping will not apply. Your order will be shipped via the least expensive carrier. Either USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
Shipping
We ship Mon-Fri only. In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped same day for orders placed prior to 10:00am Central Time. These deadlines are not guaranteed, as we do sometimes get inundated with large numbers of orders. Otherwise, they will go out next day. We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority, which typically take 1-4 business days for delivery, but can take longer, and we also offer expedited shipping options. When you place an order, the system will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size, and shipping options you choose. If actual cost is significantly less than what was charged, we do our best to refund the difference.
UPS Shipping Options:
Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day (Estimated Delivery Day is an estimate, not guaranteed.) No Delivery to P.O. Boxes
2Day: 2 Business Days; By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences); Monday–Friday, Available throughout all 50 states. No Saturday Delivery.
3Day: 3 Business Days; Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Next Day Air: Guaranteed to arrive next business day by 12:00pm
Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed next business day by 11pm.
USPS Shipping:
Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 1-4 days. However, USPS does NOT guarantee this, and can take much longer during the busy holiday season. Your package is insured in case of damage or if your package is lost, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Once your package is received by USPS, it is out of our hands. You will receive a tracking number via email where you can track your package. If you have any issues with delivery, you will need to contact USPS to log a missing package claim. Feel free to contact us for any additional information needed to submit the claim. (This is not uncommon during the busy Holiday season.)
Priority Express: Guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days, but typically arrives in 2 days to most areas.

Shipping to Canada
If you have an order shipping to Canada, the amount charged for shipping on our site only includes the actual shipping charge, getting it from us to you. You will be responsible for any additional charges in the form of Duties, Taxes, or other extra fees charged. Note that UPS does charge an "Entry Preparation Fee" to deliver your package to you as well, which is $5 on orders of $20-$150, and $15 for orders that are $150.01-$750 (all USD), in addition to a bond fee.
We do offer coupon code CANADA10 for 10% off orders of $90 or more since we cannot offer free shipping to Canada. *Please Note: Due to high shipping charges, if anything is wrong with your order, (e.g. Product arrives broken or defective) we cannot reship any items. We can only provide a refund*
Local Pick-ups
If you would like to pick up your order at our warehouse, you may select the Pickup option on the first screen during Check Out. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready. For same day pickups, if ordering on a Monday, please place your order before 10am. Tues-Fri, please place your order by noon.
**Orders placed for pick up must be picked up within 10 business days! If not picked up after 10 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee!**
If you are ordering a wreath(s) and would like to pick up at our warehouse, please contact us first so that we can provide a discount to remove the cost of shipping.
