Returns Policy 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience and purchases. Most unused, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund of purchase price. Seasonal items must be returned within 30 days. Out of Season Sale Items are considered FINAL, as well as all Wreath sales, and may not be returned except for few exceptions. Some non-seasonal sale items may be returned. You may email us for exception. Damages or Missing/Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a picture of damaged item(s).  Save all items and packaging until the issue is reconciled with UPS or USPS, and we can provide a refund or exchange. Please check your order upon arrival to make sure everything is received in good shape. Contact us immediately if you are missing an item or received the wrong item so that we can ship out the correct product ASAP, and to ensure availability of the item. We cannot provide credits for defective products after 3 weeks.
