A 10 yard roll of royal blue faux burlap ribbon with large white stars, wired. 4" wide. Great patriotic accent ribbon!
Beautiful ribbon. It was just what I needed for my wreath. First 4 inch ribbon I worked with and it was easy!
Ribbon was great. Had to rate a 4 because I spent $17 and had to pay $11 for shipping
