The shop and products are great but shop is too invasive and charges me before I can check

This is the second time shop checked me out without a spot to claim my reward points. Your store is great as are all the lovely wreath items I purchase. I was counting on cashing in my reward points for the second time in the last 2 weeks and there is no place to do it.
