Worthless Product

I have ordered items to put into my clients wreaths before from you. I haven't had any problems with your materials until this past one. I ordered one Georgia license plate tin and the front of it was scratched in multiple places and it was bent. The box it came in was in great condition, and the tin still had plastic over it but it was very noticeable as soon as I opened the box. How the person that packaged that up didn't see it and allowed it to be shipped is beyond me. I took pictures of it and emailed your cs department. They gave me a refund.
