This Old Fashioned Sleigh Rides wreath is done on a red and cream plaid fabric mesh with assorted coordinating red and cream ribbons, including snowflake and Santa ribbons. A wooden Old Fashioned Sleigh Rides signs accents it, along with a large bow and rustic red sleigh bells. This Christmas wreath measures about 24" across and is Ready to Ship!
*We recommend bringing wreaths inside during inclement weather*
One each of: 15" Red Pencil Work Wreath Form (red, cream, or burlap color would work); 21" Fabric Mesh: Red/Cream Plaid; 4" Red Faux Burlap Ribbon; 1.5" Cream Royal Faux Burlap Ribbon; 2.5" Snowflake Burlap Ribbon: Red/White; 2.5" Vintage Santa/Snowdrift Ribbon; Old Fashioned Sleigh Rides Sign; 3 Red Jingle Bells 80mm
We used the regular "poof" method, tying the 21" mesh into each tie, then created a large bow by making a bow with each of the ribbons and layering them together, with the red 4" ribbon being the largest on bottom, then the Santa bow slightly smaller, then the red and white snowflake bow, and finally the 1.5" cream ribbon. Use floral wire or a chenille stem to tie them together tightly and attach to the wreath. We attached the red bell in the center with E6000 glue. Lay the sign on the wreath where you like it, and add the ribbons/bows in as desired in the ties. Screw small screw eye hooks into the back of the sign so that lay align with ties from the wreath form where you want it attached, and run the ties through the hooks, pull tight, and tie down. Otherwise, you can use wire or chenille stems in the same way to attach to the frame. We added the other two sleigh bells around the wreath by tying the jute hangers onto other ties.
