Black box wreath frame measuring 10" across outer diameter with 4 wires. Made of heavy duty, thick metal "wires". The outer and inner wires on this frame sit flat on the surface, and the middle two wires are raised a 1/2 inch, so that it gives it a slightly arched form. Use as a wreath base, along with zip ties or chenille stems to attach deco mesh, burlap, greenery, ribbon, etc to make any wreath you can imagine! These are great for making flower wreaths or candle rings.
