These were the perfect size for what I was making, and high quality. I'm always happy with my purchases from The Wreath Shop :).
This form is tiny. I don't know where the 20" measurement comes from, but it's not the wreath form. I emailed and asked about returning/replacing it and another small form and deco mesh that wasn't the color I was looking for. They do not pay for return postage, which is $8.60 so I guess I'm stuck with it.
