Shipping & Returns

FREE SHIPPING available on Supply & Decor orders of $99 or more!!! (Shipping Ground to contiguous 48 states. Not available on wreath orders) Your order will be shipped via the least expensive carrier. Either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. If returns are made that put your original order below the required $99, your refund will be for products returned less the shipping cost. 



In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped same day for orders placed prior to 12:00pm Central Time.  Otherwise, they will go out next day. Please allow up to 7 days for wreath orders to ship, as they are usually made to order and we usually have a backlog of orders to fill. Wreaths only ship to contiguous 48 states. If you would like one shipped elsewhere, please contact us for a quote.  We ship FedEx Ground and USPS Priority, which typically take 1-4 business days for delivery, and we also offer some expedited shipping options. When you place an order, the system will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size, and shipping options you choose. If actual cost is significantly less than what was charged, we do our best to refund the difference.

FedEx Shipping Options:

Home Delivery:  1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (See map below for Ground transit time); 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day

FedEx 2Day: 2 Business Days; By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences); Monday–Friday, Available throughout all 50 states.

FedEx Express Saver: 3 Business Days; Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.



USPS Shipping:

Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 1-3 days. However, USPS does NOT guarantee this.  Your package is insured in case of damage or if your package is lost, but delivery time is not guaranteed.  If you have not received your package within 5 days, you will need to contact USPS, and they can log a research ticket to look into it at that time. (This is not uncommon during the busy Holiday season.) 

Priority Express: Guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days, but typically arrives in 2 days to most areas.

Shipping to Canada

If you have an order shipping to Canada, the amount charged for shipping on our site only includes the actual shipping charge, getting it from us to you.  You will be responsible for any additional charges in the form of Duties, Taxes, or other extra fees charged. We do offer coupon code CANADA10 for 10% off orders of $100 or more since we cannot offer free shipping to Canada. Also please note that for large orders, our system often overestimates the shipping quite a bit. We will refund any overcharge.

Local Pick-ups

If you are ordering supplies/decor items and would like to pick them up at our warehouse, you may select the Local Pickup option in the Shipping section at Check Out.  If this option does not appear, select a shipping option, then use coupon code LOCAL at checkout, and the shipping cost will be removed.  

If you are ordering a wreath(s) and would like to pick up at our warehouse, please use coupon code LOCAL at checkout, and the shipping cost will be removed.

Returns Policy 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience and purchases. Most unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of purchase price. Seasonal items must be returned within 2 weeks. Out of Season Sale Items are considered FINAL and may not be returned except for few exceptions. Some non-seasonal sale items may be returned. You may email us for exception. Damages or Missing/Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a picture of damaged item(s).  Save all items and packaging until the issue is reconciled with UPS or USPS, and we can provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately if you are missing an item or received the wrong item so that we can ship out the correct product ASAP, and to ensure availability of the item.
